News – GMS Taiwan – GMST buys rights to INER’s TRODAT-1 Intellectual Property, a Tc-99 labeled alternative to GE’s I-123 labeled Datscan. GMS Taiwan has signed an agreement with Taiwan’s Institute of Nuclear Energy Research (INER) on full assignment of the “INER TRODAT-1 Kit” which includes Taiwan FDA drug license, all pertaining technical documents, a US patent, two Brazil patents, five Taiwan patents and two pending US patents.
